2022 IT Intern Project - "XingYun program"

 
"Xingyun program" is the first special internship program of BOE O.star series. It will serve the group's chief change and IT management officer organization, aiming to concentrate the group's advantageous resources to recruit and select excellent IT students. Different from daily internship positions, Xingyun program will give campers more opportunities in the mode of training camp. By forming a strong alliance, going deep into business scenarios and overcoming technical propositions, students with excellent performance will have a great chance to get S-level offers! It's a great honor to join the BOE family for a two-month internship through the internship program of Sydney University. When I first arrived, I felt BOE was like a young lion, full of vigor and vitality; Besides, strict rules & regulations and systematic operations gave me a sense that it is invincible.

The Department I work in was Overseas Recruitment Department. As a social recruitment assistant, my main job is to search for talents. I had no idea about the work at the beginning because I had no relevant knowledge. However, with the guidance from the recruitment manager, I gradually became familiar with the business and began to enjoy on it. The culture of BOE is undoubtedly the most impressive.

Working here, everyone can find a sense of identity and belonging. There are lots of opportunities for employees to understand each other and never emphasizes subordination. You can put forward ideas boldly, and they will seriously consider your ideas and give sincere suggestions.

My experience in BOE has provided me with valuable experience in social work. Hope BOE is getting better and better!

My internship in BOE is a very memorable experience, very substantial and quite valuable.

As an HR major student, BOE has given me a chance to experience the workcontents and atmosphere of overseas Campus Recruitment. The work I have involved in is very extensive, about every parts of overseas campus recruitment. Especially the activities we called OPEN DAY, I have participated in and organized it. From this activity, I not only have a certain understanding of overseas recruitment, but also have a certain understanding of the development of the Internet of things in BOE and in China.

The overseas recruitment team is also a very excellent and potential team. It allows me to deal with some work independently, which makes my understanding of overseas recruitment more in-depth, and I love such an aggressive team.

BOE has given me a high degree of freedom working atmosphere, and also inspired me to be responsible for the team, so I like the internship life here very much.

Finally, I would like to thank BOE for giving me this internship opportunity, and I am very honored to be able to join Beijing again in the future.
