Serve as a key liaison for Arabic-speaking patients,
bridging communication between patients, medical practitioners and hospital staff. Deliver culturally sensitive customer service throughout the patient journey (admission to discharge) to ensure satisfaction and promote hospital services.
Undertake other market-related tasks assigned by superiors
任职资格
3年以上客户服务类相关工作经历;
情商高、沟通协调能力强,中外籍人员均可;
语言要求:阿拉伯语熟练,英语可沟通,中文可沟通。
Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written) is essential.
Deep understanding of Arab cultural norms and a high degree of cultural sensitivity.
Familiarity with medical terminology is a strong advantage.
