工作职责
1.负责公司产品在海外的销售渠道建设和产品销售,在负责区域内不断开拓和维护代理商网络,与海外代理商共同拓展市场;
2.根据公司整体目标,制定所负责市场的年度销售计划和阶段性计划、业务策略、目标分解及推进重点客户落地;
3.负责商务谈判、合同拟定与签订、订单落地、客户维护等各阶段的执行工作;
4.收集行业及竞品信息,敏锐把握市场动向、竞品变化,关注行业生态,发觉新的合作机会,为公司产品优化和战略发展提供建议;
5.关注海外市场数字化展陈,城市亮化、智慧教育、智慧城市等项目机会,搭建海外合作伙伴生态网络;
1. Set up national distribution network,direct sales of company's B2B and B2C product, maintain and expand the distribution network in the responsible area, development business together with partners;
2. Based on the overall goals of the company, set up annual and quarterly sales plan, business strategies, target decomposition, and reach cooperation agreement with key account customer.
3. Responsible for business negotiations, signing contract, order follow up, customer maintenance, etc;
4. Collect market and competitor information, good sense on market trends and changes in competitors, discover new cooperation opportunities, and provide suggestions for product optimization and strategic development of the company;
5. Follow the trend of digital exhibitions in overseas markets, opportunities for projects such as urban lighting, smart education, and smart cities, and build an ecological network of overseas partners;
任职资格
1.3年及以上相关行业销售经验,有海外学习工作经历优先;
2.沟通能力强,善于表达和倾听,能够协调内外部资源解决业务问题;
3.有强烈的团队意识、规范意识和服从管理的意识;
4.有志之士,愿意成长,愿意挑战者;对销售工作有激情,乐意从事者;
5.道德品质优良,性格开朗阳光正能量;
1. 3 years or more of relevant industry sales experience, with overseas study and work experience preferred.
2. Strong communication skills, good at expressing and listening, able to coordinate internal and external resources to solve business problems;
3. Have a strong sense of teamwork, standardization, and obedience to management;
4. A person with aspirations, willing to grow, willing to challenge; Passionate and willing to engage in sales work;
5. Good moral character, cheerful and positive personality;
